PROJECT FORGE · PAUSED AFTER V1

The engineering proof is complete.
Commercial development is paused.

Project Forge v1 remains available as a public engineering case study. No v1.1 or packaged localization service will be developed until a real high-volume workflow, budget, and buyer are validated.

COMPLETED IN V1

01

Multi-format rendering

One selected source clip becomes branded 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1 MP4 and GIF deliverables.

02

Repeatable media pipeline

Python, FFmpeg, JSON configuration, reframing, subtitles, titles, and logos run through one reproducible command.

03

Automated verification

FFprobe checks and GitHub Actions validate dimensions, codec, frame rate, and sample aspect ratio.

REACTIVATION CRITERIA

REAL VOLUME

30–100+

Versions per month

  • Repeated language, platform, or brand variants
  • A workflow currently handled manually
  • Measurable rework or delivery cost

CURRENT USE

Portfolio

Engineering proof

  • Python and FFmpeg automation
  • Media pipeline design
  • Output QA and CI
  • Product scoping and documentation

Custom high-volume media automation inquiries may still be considered. Single-clip resizing and speculative feature development are not being actively offered.

WHY DEVELOPMENT PAUSED

A working pipeline is not automatically a valuable business.

Market review showed that single-clip resizing is price-sensitive, while higher-value creative operations require broader production, campaign, localization, governance, and performance capabilities.

What v1 proves

  • End-to-end Python and FFmpeg delivery
  • Configuration-driven rendering
  • Consistent branding and subtitle placement
  • Automated media QA
  • Documented, reproducible engineering work

What v1 does not claim

  • Creative hook or campaign strategy
  • Advanced pacing, sound design, or color grading
  • Production-scale localization operations
  • Advertising performance optimization
  • Universal support for arbitrary footage

PROJECT STATUS

Paused, documented, and ready to reactivate only when the economics justify it.

The public case study and repository remain available as evidence of media automation, testing, and product engineering capability.
